Rooted Life is based on the principles of Muladhara or the Root Chakra, which provides the foundation on which we build our life. It supports us in growing and feeling safe in all aspects of life. Rooted Life fully embraces these concepts. WE ARE ROOTED in supportive housing that encourages sustainable transformation where residents can learn to become integral members of their communities and families.
Rooted Life focuses on progression, foundation and connection. We do our very best to meet people where they are, and encourage them to develop their skills and abilities, so they may live the best life possible. By providing individualized attention and compassion as an essential aspect of our home, we can better assist those living with psychiatric vulnerabilities and addictions. Our teams provide an environment where men and women can move from surviving to living.
Our mission is simple - provide stable, safe, affordable housing that promotes mental health stabilization and addiction relapse prevention.
Our values constitute the foundation and framework that guide our actions and behavior. They influence the way we treat our clients and their families, and the way we work and interact with our colleagues both within and outside of Rooted Life.
Individualization - You are unique. Your are different. You are valuable. We believe everyone's individual contributions play an important part in the grand fabric of our larger community.
Empowerment - When people are empowered they grow and learn. We are committed to enabling individuals to set and fulfill their goals and work as a team towards self-actualization.
Wellness - We strive for healthy mind, body and spirit. We foster positive ideas, promote healthy ingredients and encourage active lifestyles.
Community - We thrive together. We understand that success lies in building a community that cultivates trust, security, connection, inspiration and love.
Compassion - We care. We are committed to providing a setting that nurtures personal exploration and healing.
Our team is dedicated to championing the people who face the life challenges of mental illness and substance abuse. We partner with individuals and their loved ones to deliver an environment where residents can realize their full potential. By providing individualized attention and compassion as an essential aspect of our home, we can better assist those living with psychiatric vulnerabilities and addictions.
