Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Operations Manager for our Scattered Site Supportive Housing program. In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operational aspects of our supportive housing activities. Working closely with our dedicated staff, you will play a pivotal role in implementing, refining, and developing administrative processes and operational procedures. As an Operations Manager, you will identify opportunities to enhance operational effectiveness and efficiency, and then collaborate with supervisors and peers to implement these improvements. This position is a hybrid remote work position, some in-person meetings at client sites and facilities sites required.
Key Responsibilities

Operational Excellence

Oversee the operational aspects of our scattered site supportive housing program.

Collaborate with staff to develop, refine, and implement administrative processes and operational procedures.

Continuously identify opportunities to enhance operational effectiveness and efficiency.

Process Improvement
-
Lead process improvement initiatives, working closely with supervisors and peers to implement changes.

Monitor and assess the impact of process improvements on program performance.

Budget Management
-
Assist in budget development and management to ensure the effective allocation of resources.

Monitor program expenses and identify opportunities for cost-saving measures.

Quality Assurance
-
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Contract and Partnership Management
-
Serve as the point person for contracts and partnerships.

Identify new revenue opportunities through partnerships.

Team Collaboration
-
Work with senior leaders to define, implement, and revise operational policies and guidelines.

Collaborate with senior leaders on staff onboarding and offboarding processes.

Budget Oversight
-
Oversee the budget, process invoices, and provide regular reports and analyses on actual versus projected budget.​​​​​​

Bachelor’s degree.
Compensation / Benefits
​Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 (commensurate with experience and skills).
Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, vacation/sick paid time off, and medical/family leave.
